The results for the Assam Police Sub-Inspector (SI) Recruitment 2025 today, March 6, have been released by the State Level Police Recruitment Board (SLPRB). Candidates showing up for the Combined Written Test (CWT-2025) on January 5, 2025, can view their results on the official SLPRB website at www.slprbassam.in.
The recruitment campaign seeks to cover 203 openings overall among several positions, including:
144 Assam Police Sub-Inspector (Unarmed Branch) Posts
Seven APRO Sub-Inspector of Police (Communication) postings
51 Sub-Inspector (Armed Branch) jobs for Assam Commando Battalions and one Assistant Deputy Controller, Civil Defence (Junior) under DGCD and CGHG.

The next steps PST and PET Plans
Those who pass the written test will then advance to the Physical Standard Test (PST) and Physical Efficiency Test (PET). Starting from March 17, 2025, these exams will be carried out at the 4th Assam Police Battalion in Kahilipara, Guwahati.

March 17, 2025 (7:00 AM) SI (Communication) in APRO (for female candidates) and SI (UB) in Assam Police
March 18, 2025 (7:00 AM): SI (AB) for female applicants in Assam Commando Battalions
March 19–20, 2025 (7:00 AM): SI (UB) in Assam Police and SI (Communication) in APRO (for candidates male).
March 21, 2025 (7:00 AM): SI (AB) for male applicants in Assam Commando Battalions
Download Admits Cards for PST and PET
Beginning at March 9, 2025, at 11:00 AM, qualified applicants must download their admit cards for the PST and PET from the SLPRB website. Downloading the admission card follows these steps:
Visit the official website at www.slprbassam.in in first step.
Second step: click the “Admit Card” link.
Third step: input your application number, name, and birthdate.
Step 4. Send the specifics and get the admission card downloaded.
Step 5: Get a printout for your records going forward.
Note: Before downloading their admit cards, candidates who have qualified for several places must state their choices. Should an applicant qualify for several posts, separate admit cards must be downloaded for each one.
