WhatsApp introduces new keyboard design for improved user experience

WhatsApp is reportedly working on a new feature called ‘Redesigned Keyboard’ to improve the user experience of the messaging and calling platform. The feature is currently in development and is expected to be soon available to beta testers. The update will bring a clearer interface and a tweaked attachment menu, improving user-friendliness. One of the changes expected with the new update is that the keyboard type selection bar will be moved to the top, and the bar allowing access to different emojis may be removed.

The removal of the categories bar may be a cause for concern for frequent emoji users. However, this is still an experimental feature, subject to changes and may only be a temporary move. The redesigned keyboard update is not compatible with older operating systems and requires Android versions higher than 5.0. Some users may experience issues such as the logo appearing larger than usual, but developers will resolve such bugs. The redesigned keyboard feature is still in development, and it may be included in a future update of the application.
